W-Section Corded Contract Curtain Track Kit – Black

The slim W-Section track with a cord to draw the curtains – light, neat and easy to fit into pelmets and recesses, with nobody handling the fabric. The cord set is child-safe approved. This one is Black (RAL 9005) – a deep black for darker schemes and a crisp, architectural line.

What comes in the box

Tell us how it draws

Corded tracks are built to draw one way, so when you order please choose the curtain stacking (a centre-split pair, or a single curtain stacking left or right) and the side you’d like the cord on. Both are on this page, and we confirm them back to you before anything goes into production.

Hanging your curtains

Ordering curtains from us too? Pencil pleat and pinch pleat headings run on the standard gliders. For wave curtains, pick the wave glider that matches the wave spacing on your curtain order and we’ll make the two to suit each other. The track is sent direct from the manufacturer, so it arrives separately from your curtains.

Ceiling fix: use the ceiling brackets supplied. Bracket centres follow the kit count – three brackets for a 1m track rising to thirteen for 6m. Fixings are included. Ceiling brackets are mandatory when the track is fitted with SurgeWave gliders.

Wall fix: order L-extension brackets separately to bring the track off the wall.

Cord operation: the kit comes with the cording set, corded end caps, overlap arm and a 1m cord drop. The cord loop must be secured taut and out of reach with a tensioner fixed to the wall or skirting – this is what keeps a corded installation child-safe. Tell us the split (centre or side stacked, RHS/LHS) and the control side when you order.

Corners and curves: this profile can be bent through the bending service to a minimum 10cm radius for 90° angles (code 16WSBEND) and a 30cm radius for continuous curves (code 16WSCONT). Bent tracks are crated and non-cancellable once formed.

Care: keep the groove clean and dust-free and re-siliconise periodically to prolong smooth running of the gliders.
