Refund & Returns Policy
At CreateFR, every product we supply is made with care and attention, and many of our items are produced specifically to order. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.
Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Products
All made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings supplied by CreateFR are bespoke items, manufactured to the exact specifications provided by the customer.
As such, these products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has commenced. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude custom-made and personalised goods from the standard right to cancel.
That said — we’re not in the business of hiding behind small print.
If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you constructively and fairly to achieve a positive outcome wherever reasonably possible.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not in accordance with the confirmed order specification, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, CreateFR will, at its discretion:

Replace the item

Offer a partial or full refund
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Incorrect Measurements or Specifications
Responsibility for measurements, dimensions, and specifications provided at the time of order rests with the customer unless a paid measuring service has been arranged through CreateFR.
We strongly recommend checking all measurements carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, speak to us first — it’s cheaper than therapy later.
Non-Bespoke / Standard Items
Where standard, non-bespoke products are supplied (for example, off-the-shelf accessories), these may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
