What the guide price covers
The price above is for the track kit on its own, supply only. The guide is for one unlined wave curtain the full length of this track, in a sheer FR fabric from our standard range, made to measure to a finished drop of up to 2300 mm. Taller drops, linings and other fabrics are quoted. A sheer gives visual privacy and keeps the daylight; it does not give speech privacy.

Zone is CreateFR's own range of pre-priced dividing curtain track kits. Every kit is cut to length and formed to shape before it leaves the factory, arrives with the gliders already strung at 80 mm wave pitch, and hangs either from 16 mm drop tubes below a suspended ceiling or direct to a solid ceiling on low-profile brackets. Choose the size, the colour and the fixing – the price updates as you go.

Each kit is supply only and can be ordered as track on its own. To add a curtain, we make wave curtains to measure in our FR fabric ranges, to your finished drop. A sheer gives visual privacy and keeps the daylight; ask about heavier or acoustic fabrics where speech privacy matters. Every curtain we make is certified to BS 5867 Part 2.
Every Zone kit arrives as one boxed set: the track cut and formed to the shape below, gliders threaded on the string, fixings, end caps and stops, and a fitting sheet with the drop and fixing positions marked.

Fixing points are set at no more than 500 mm centres for top fix and 1 m centres on drop tubes, with one at each end. Corner bends are formed at 300 mm radius so 80 mm wave gliders run the corner without binding.

Curtains are specified separately: wave heading at 80 mm, inherently fire retardant fabric certified to BS 5867 Part 2, made to measure by CreateFR.
Two ways to fix
Suspended – the track hangs on 16 mm tubes from a ceiling connector, cut to the drop you give us, up to 2000 mm. Use this for suspended grid ceilings, high ceilings, or wherever the track needs to sit below services. Each tube fixes above the tile or to the soffit with a load-spreading plate.
Top fix – ceiling brackets at 500 mm centres screw straight to a solid ceiling or a timber pattress. The track sits about 6 mm below the ceiling.
Setting out
Every kit ships with a fitting sheet showing the fixing positions for its shape. Corners are formed at 300 mm radius, so mark the two legs from the inside corner of the plan and the bend takes care of itself. Curved and circular kits arrive in numbered pieces with the joiners fitted loose.

Made to order
Zone kits are cut to length and formed to shape before dispatch. Estimated dispatch is 5-10 Working Days from order confirmation, and the kit arrives separately from any made-to-measure curtains on the same order.
Straight, L, T and U kits travel by carrier. Curved kits and the E travel as formed pieces on a pallet. Delivery to mainland Great Britain is quoted with your kit; Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted after order.
